My grandmother is a Giant collector / hoarder (thanks for passing that gene on Grandma) She collects pretty much anything you can associate with Grandmas like China, pottery, figurines, doilies, quilts, linens, childrens books, and dolls. Grandma has antique dolls all over her house, but mainly collected in an odd room with dim lighting. There must be hundreds of them. On the antique couch, china cabinets, piano, baskets, buggy, chairs, tables... it is a dim room of vintage dolls. Some might be a little creeped out to see all of the glass and lithographed eyes staring blankly back at you. I was desensitized to it early on. When I was a kid Grandma pointed out which doll was going to be mine when I grew up. She was not the biggest, not the fanciest, but to me she was the prettiest. The blue of her dress and her eyes drew me to her instantly. I would handle her carefully whenever I found myself up in Grandmas bedroom. Now I am a "grown-up" and I have her in my own bedroom. That is right, I can sleep with her sitting across the room. Haha!

This is a toy piano that was left in the rain. It made really cool glitch noises due to the water damage. I just happened to notice that when i stood at a certain angle, the sun would light up the surface of the wet piano. I knew this couldn't be too good for my camera but I couldn't resist the bokeh.
